Most merchants are open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but you are encouraged to call (860) 561-3024 for information regarding the mall or an individual retailer if you have more specific questions about their hours of operation. There are also special holiday hours! The main entrance between Macy*s and Lord & Taylor opens at 7:00 a.m. every morning for mall walkers.

• I-84 West, Exit 40,
• Turn right on New Britain Avenue (Route 71)
• Follow to Westfarms Mall
Coming from New Haven, Cromwell, and points South
• From CT Shoreline:
• I-91 North to Exit 22, (Route 9 North)
• Exit 30 off of Rt.9, turn right on New Britain Avenue (Route 71)
• Follow to Westfarms Mall
• From New Britain:
• Route 71 to Westfarms or follow directions from Route 9 above.
Coming from Waterbury, Danbury, and points West
