Our Mission
To create and maintain the most comprehensive, up-to-date, and easy-to-use resource connecting area residents with the local merchants, clubs, and other organizations catering to their product, service, professional, personal or extra-curricular interests.

Our emphasis is the local markets and we practice what we preach!  Our entire service was designed and developed locally. Our site is hosted locally and our entire staff comes from within the communities which we serve.

Why did we create 8towns.com?
The service provided through the 8towns.com Web site was created to serve both the residential and business communities within Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Monroe, Newtown, Shelton, Stratford, and Trumbull Connecticut.

During the last decade, this eight town region within Fairfield County has experienced unprecedented growth. With more than 352,000 residents to date and projections for continued growth, the local economy has been stimulated by the need for a wide range of personal and professional services.

The Internet provides a unique medium in that our content can be updated daily and we can also share feedback from within the local market for the benefit of all others. Telephone books, coupon books, and other mailers add to an already crowded collection of junk mail distributed each day. Our service is there at just the right moment with the most up-to-date content and feedback from the the local market.

Our Expertise
8Towns Marketing was established by Trumbull business owner Dan Lynch.  As the founder of Mattatuck Consulting, LLC., Lynch provides marketing and technology consulting services to a variety of organizations - including both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.  With more than 20 years in technology marketing (including a decade in Internet/online marketing), Lynch frequently responds to client needs concerning how to leverage the Internet as a tool to generate leads and stimulate incremental business. Several members of the 8Towns Marketing team, including Lynch, are also experienced in the techniques of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Our team has already leveraged the skills of others from our 8town region. As 8towns.com grows, it will be individuals from the 8towns communities that will contribute to our continued success.
